I am very proud to say that I was selected as one of this year's recipients of h.Art Emerging Artist Bursary! The advisory board at h.Art offers two bursaries to emerging professional artists with the aim of supporting those who have chosen to live and work in the County of Herefordshire.
Not only is this added practical, financial support to my artistic practice but a HUGE confidence boost to me as an individual! Arriving in Herefordshire last July, in a pandemic and not knowing any other artists, was slightly intimidating. This bursary award feels very validating in my effort to elevate my profile as an artist.
And last but not least - h.Art wants to use my image for this year's brochure!
